Tonight my husband took me out for a Valentine's Day dinner at Nae's Place in Southwest City, MO. It was soooo good. I've eaten there several times before and the food is always delicious. One of the Valentine specials was Stuffed Pork Tenderloin - stuffed with wild rice and mushrooms, served with sauteed vegetables, salad, dinner rolls, and a cupcake to finish off the meal. It was sooooo yummy. The pork was so flavorful and juicy. The sauteed vegetables were still crisp - not overcooked. For dessert was a chocolate cupcake that was perfect. The flavor was amazing and it was a perfect end to a wonderful dinner. If you haven't been to Nae's Place you must give it a try. Tell them I sent you!
